How long does delivery take for my beer order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 3-5 business days via our courier partners.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our products within the United Kingdom. We are looking into international options for the future.
What is your return policy for damaged goods?
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Are your beers suitable for vegans?
Many of our core range beers are vegan-friendly. Please check the specific product description on each bottle's page or look for the vegan symbol on our labels.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
Is there a minimum order quantity for home delivery?
There is no minimum order quantity, although we recommend ordering in cases of 12 for the most cost-effective shipping rates.
